2026 Youth Tackle Football

2026 Fall Tackle Football Registration is OPEN for K-5th Grade! (They will register under the grade and school they will attend in September 2026)

For players attending school in Cottage Grove and South Lane County (Creswell School District must register with Pleasant Hill) (Cottage Grove * 6th through 8th, please get in touch with Lincoln Middle School)

Schedule

K-3rd Grade

Practice will start the week of September 1st

First Game will be the first weekend in October

4th-5th Grade

Practice will start the week of August 18th

First Game will be September 12th

As a reminder, your child will need a current physical, on the OSAA physical form, and their last report card from the 25/26 school year.
